As women, we often navigate the world dealing with silent struggles—those subtle but powerful hormone shifts in our bodies that can affect our energy, mood, and even how we feel about ourselves. From unexplained fatigue to mood swings, bloating, and weight changes, we frequently brush these off as just "normal" parts of life. But for many of us, these symptoms are signs of something deeper.

I experienced it myself. I found myself feeling anxious and overwhelmed. My energy would crash, my sleep was inconsistent, and my moods swung wildly depending on the time of the month. I tried everything from intense workouts to drastic diets, only to end up feeling worse, not better.

What I didn't realise then was that these approaches were placing more stress on my body, wreaking havoc on my hormones.

2019

Began my Pilates Teacher Training after having practiced the method since the age of 10 when my mother herself became an Instructor, and she still is now.

2020 - 2021

I was diagnosed with PCOS which encouraged me to start looking into women's health more. I knew there had to be a better way to support our health as women.

2024

I created my Cycle Syncing app as a resource for women to learn about their bodies, connect with themselves, and take control of their well-being, To help women like you feel empowered, not defeated.

During this time whilst setting up my business, behind the scenes I started experiencing with my own health issues after coming off the contraceptive pill. This showed up as anxiety, acne, hair loss, irregular periods, and low moods.
